Continuity depends entirely on what you saved. Internal records exist and are not available to you. Nothing else is accessible at the moment it is needed. Almost nobody keeps one. A short record. The basic facts. The reference is the most useful. Quoting it immediately. The account repeats from the beginning. Keep what was actually said. A screenshot or a copy before closing anything. Nothing persists. Which people discover at the point of needing it. What was promised and when deserves specific attention. A stated period for something to happen. Noting it allows a follow-up at the right moment. Following up is rarely done. The absence of news means nothing. The system does not chase itself. A short message at the stated point costs a minute. Nothing needs explaining again. Written exchanges are more useful than spoken ones for blendfabrics this reason. Where both are offered, written is generally the better choice. Write it down when it ends. Anyone whose second attempt was shorter than the first saved the written exchange.
