Somewhat misnamed, Misery is the place of one of the Eternal Emperor's summer palaces, the Châteauneuf-du-Empereur, and hosts an nearly interminable amount of visitors those years the Emperor decides to summer here. It also hosts the Pleasure Fleet, which consists entirely of the most luxurious boats money can purchase and their support craft.
