Founded originally as a summer palace for the Eternal Emperor, Kaiserpfalz has since grown into a healthy community to support the Emperor's summering pleasures. Traditionally, the Emperor spends the summers of even years here, and odd years in Misery. Renowned for the Pfalz wines produced in vineyards further up the Koleno river.
