Elbe is something of a competitor to Bam. Here, too, guns are produced for the Imperial Navy and the Imperial Army, but using the combined knowledge and output of a large town. The guns of Elbe are made lighter than usual, and it's said that they may offer superior mobility.

A regiment of Jägers from nearby Fort Fach is known to protect the town, and the Elbe Squadron of the Eastern Fleet resides here.
