Lessgo Palace is a collection of mansions built long before the Imperial Free City was granted its privileges, in what is now the Newport district, that have been renovated and repurposed over the centuries into a large leisure palace for visiting sailors and citizens alike.

It is a rumour mill, an information mill and a pleasure mill built into a city block, and there is nearly always a merry bunch of soldiers and officers on both official and, let's say, less official leave passing through. The working persons on the premises are quite aware of their unique access to all sorts of information, and the discerning gentleperson may inquire as to the whereabouts of the secretaries of the League of Seamster and Seamstress Weal in case they wish to trade their doubloons for knowledge.
