Home of the Signal Corps of the Imperial Army, which isn't really a whole corps, so there is also the V. Corps stationed here.
Fort Fylingdale trains Pioneers. Pioneers are infantry detachments that are trained to quickly construct and deconstruct things. They can build temporary roads, allowing you to take Wagons and Artillery off-road, for the cost of 1 000 doubloons/km.
