A major trading city on the Potoc Plains by the Keunman Bay. Home to the Imperial Navy’s Keunman Fleet, tasked with keeping the Bay open to traffic and protecting merchantmen from the occasional coastal pirates. It is known for being a city of dissidents, hosting critics of the Empire both from within and without. Until relatively recently, it was a small trading community, but the decision to base the Keunman Fleet here leading up to the Example War has drawn a large population to the city. However, that has meant a fierce rivalry with the larger Keunmanstadt has taken root.
