A major station for trade coming from the eastern continent of Antaia, with both UNESCO and UNRWA offices. It used to be the capital of the Kingdom of Sowestre, though this is long since moot. However, it does mean it houses the Sowestre Academy of the Phasmiferous Arts.

The Duke of Coning is somewhat infamous for his particular tastes when it comes to entertaining both himself and guests.
