The noble of birth and heart, yet self-aggrandzing twit Septimus Septillion, is as his name so imperially implies, the seventh son of the seventh son of the emperor, and thus has a spiritually and magically strong link to the throne. This, of course, does not reflect practical reality.

Our intrepid “hero” has spent what of his youth has not been spent in the imperial noble education system of law, poetry and warfare, in teahouses reading and writing political philsophy with his other high minded noble friends. He has always been appaled at the lack of respect the common man is being shown in The Eternal Empire, and as such has decided to do something about it, however misguided and poorly reasoned his idea of a new government after his campaign may be.

A less than delicate looking man with a sunkissed-face and disposition, who has put considerable effort into looking like he does actual work. To inspire the troops, he says - to make his wife excited, says others close to him. A closely shaven head of hair and full beard adorns his otherwise rather square face, framing a pari of brown eyes hidden under almost perpetually squinting eyelids.

Usually seen wearing a uniform in forest green wool, lined in champagne-colour dyed silk, with golden piping. The uniform consist of a hussars jacket and a matching pair of trousers. His headwear is usually a yellow beret with the emblem of the 101st Revolutionary Guards Regiment embroidered on it, as is the issued dress for that unit. He is often seen wearing a yellow-green large checker patterned fencing cape.

• Abolition of slavery to be replaced with indentured servitude under strictly regulated contract law
• Introduction of landed suffrage to elect the senators for the local area, noting that the empire has several areas where the farmers outrigh own their land plots, with the deeds putting them under control of their noble overlords, not a rental contract.

Given that Septimus makes his claim to the empire from his status as the Seventh Son of the Seventh Son, his calim to the throne is tenuous. Good thing his plan is to abolish it and make the sentae the ultimate authority, that will elect a president Primus Inter Pares among their own.
