Grafenbosch

Notes

A large town on the Bosch river, Grafenbosch is known for being the site of the Battle of the Barons during the Querelle des Comtes in 1456, where poor communication and a propensity for paranoia caused seven noblemen, each leading an army, to confuse themselves into a massive free-for-all. The only winner was the Duke of Grafenbosch, who lost four rivals in the mêlée. Trinkets commemorating the event are sold here to this day.
