Binz is a military town on the Fach river. It was founded to protect the secrets of Fort Fach from nosy outsiders and is the home port of the Imperial North Fleet's Flying Squadron. As it is a military town, it is no surprise that it is heavily guarded: the Imperial Army has a brigade each of grenadiers and lancers here, and there is usually a regiment or two of Jägers on rotation.
