Founded originally as a summer palace for the Eternal Emperor, Kaiserpfalz has since grown into a healthy community to support the Emperor's summering pleasures. Traditionally, the Emperor spends the summers of even years here, and odd years in [[towns:Misery]]. Renowned for the Pfalz wines produced in vineyards further up the Koleno river.
