Led by [[characters:Lady Aliénor de Monteneuf]] and is the premiere purveyor of ice in the Empire.
While it had a troubled start, once they started offering free samples to the summer bars in [[cities:Fente]]
business started booming.
No restaurant business is willing to take the hit of not having ice in the summer.

In addition it has allowed a lot of other perishable goods to more freely flow in the empire, from fresh
oysters to lettuce to magical reagents making sure they are involved in many supply chains.
