The practical wins tend to be quiet ones. Drafting routine letters, summarising long email threads, and sorting incoming queries so the right person picks them up are all jobs where AI can take a first pass and leave a human to check and send. None of this replaces judgement. It removes the blank page and the repetitive typing that eats into an administrator's morning.

Reliability and support carry extra weight at size. A problem that affects one school is contained. A problem that affects a platform serving twenty schools is a much bigger event. As a trust grows, it needs a provider that stays stable under load and responds quickly when something breaks, because the cost of downtime rises with every school added.
