The amount of medicine that you take depends on the strength of the medicine. Also, the number of doses you take each day, the time allowed between doses, and the length of time you take the medicine depend on the medical problem for which you are using the medicine. The dose of this  medicine will be different for different patients. Follow your doctor's orders or the directions on the label. The following information includes only the average doses of this medicine.
If you have these symptoms while taking Cialis, tell your doctor right away. They’ll help determine what’s causing the low blood pressure and the best way to treat it. Changes in blood pressure are a possible side effect of taking Cialis. Low blood pressure occurs most often while taking this medication. To treat both ED and symptoms of BPH together, the typical dose of Cialis is 5 mg, once a day. You should try to take your dose at about the same time each day.
If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. This includes any possible side effects not listed in this leaflet. You can also report side effects directly via the national reporting system listed in Appendix V. By reporting side effects you can help provide more information on the safety of this medicine. Drinking alcohol may affect your ability to get an erection and may temporarily lower your blood pressure. If you have taken or are planning to take CIALIS, avoid excessive drinking (blood alcohol level of 0.08&nbsp;% or greater), since this may increase the risk of dizziness when standing&nbsp;up. Once a day dosing of CIALIS may be useful to men who anticipate having sexual activity two or more times per&nbsp;week.
Although it’s rare, this side effect is serious and requires medical attention. Be sure to talk with your doctor or pharmacist before taking any OTC drugs. They’ll let you know whether they’re safe to take with your treatment or  buy xanax without prescrition condition. Muscle pain caused by Cialis is often mild and usually goes away on its own within 2 days.
Buying larger quantities typically results in a lower per-dose cost. However, only purchase amounts you can safely use before the expiration date.

In another ED study, people took either Cialis as needed or Viagra as needed for 4 weeks. They then switched to the other medication for an additional 4 weeks. These lists contain up to 10 of the most common mild side effects that can occur with Cialis, with Viagra, or with both drugs (when taken individually). Some other medicines may alter the blood levels of tadalafil.
Do not take other medicines unless they have been discussed with your doctor. This includes prescription or nonprescription (over-the-counter [OTC]) medicines and herbal or vitamin supplements. It is important to tell your doctor about any heart problems you have now or may have had in the past.

They’ll be able to determine whether the drugs may interact with Cialis and whether that may lead to an increased risk of side effects. If you have any questions about the best way to avoid specific side effects from Cialis, talk with your doctor. Cialis is FDA-approved to treat both ED and the symptoms of BPH together.
Can I take Cialis with alcohol?
They’ll be able to determine whether the drugs are CYP3A4 inducers and whether they can interact with Cialis. In some cases, your doctor may recommend a different medication to treat your ED, symptoms of BPH, or both. Both Cialis and medications called alpha-blockers can cause a decrease in blood pressure.
Then they’ll adjust it over time to reach the amount that’s right for you. Your doctor will ultimately prescribe the smallest dosage that provides the desired effect. In addition to the uses listed above, Cialis may be prescribed off-label for other purposes. Off-label drug use is when a drug that’s approved for one use is prescribed for a different one that’s not approved. One trial looked at people who took Cialis or a placebo only when needed to treat their ED.
