For details about the side effects of tadalafil, see the "Side effects" section of this article. Taking certain oral antifungal drugs with tadalafil may increase levels of tadalafil in your blood. This can lead to low blood pressure, dizziness and fainting, priapism, and vision problems. Examples of these drugs include ketoconazole and [[https://archeomolise.it/|buy xanax without prescrition]] itraconazole. For PAH, tadalafil works to improve your ability to exercise by relaxing blood vessels in your lungs. Tadalafil can be prescribed in two different ways, either a daily dosage or on an as-needed basis.
Cialis interactions
Before you start Cialis treatment, talk with your doctor about any medications that you’re taking. They’ll be able to determine whether the drugs are CYP3A4 inducers and whether they can interact with Cialis. In some cases, your doctor may recommend a different medication to treat your ED, symptoms of BPH, or both. Both Cialis and medications called alpha-blockers can cause a decrease in blood pressure. So taking these medications together can cause blood pressure to drop further.
Tadalafil and overdose
Let's be honest - convenience is a big part of the appeal. Instead of rushing to the pharmacy before it closes or standing in line when you're not feeling well, you can hop online, place an order, and be done in minutes. Most online pharmacies have user-friendly websites and apps where you can upload prescriptions, browse medications, and even set up automatic refills. Some sites will even remind you when it's time to reorder, so you're not scrambling at the last second. You get the convenience of shopping from home, the potential to save money, and the privacy of handling sensitive health needs without the awkward face-to-face conversations.

The dose of tadalafil may require adjustment for patients with reduced kidney orliver function. Generic tadalafil has been available since 2018 and has proven to be just as effective and safe as the brand name. Cialis also will not extend your erection past the point of orgasm or beyond when your erection would typically end following a sexual encounter.
If you’re taking Cialis to treat BPH, this medication may be a long-term treatment. If the 10-mg dose of Cialis isn’t working well enough, your doctor may increase it to 20 mg. The maximum dose of Cialis that can be taken in a day is 20 mg.
Low blood pressure occurs most often while taking this medication. Most of these side effects may go away within a few days or a couple of weeks. But if they become more severe or don’t go away, talk with your doctor or pharmacist. To help make sure that you don’t miss a dose, try setting a reminder on your phone. Your doctor may reduce this to 5 mg if the medication is working too well. But if this dose doesn’t work for you, your doctor may increase your dose back to 10 mg.
