| The Game Master will have to keep an eye out for when people are not in reach of the network and assign/unassign the appropriate role in discord. Active Sinhogi Watchmen will refuse to send messages that aren’t in clear text, mercenaries may not have those scruples. Daily news are transmitted at or around 8 am, scheduled in advance unless breaking news happen.
